We are around fifty people from Heidelberg, from every kind of profession. We meet on Wednesdays and spend the rest of the week doing things: building a garden for a homeless charity, funding learning mentorships, baking biscuits for a good cause.
Every Wednesday at 7:30 pm, Restaurant Cantinaccia, Helmstätter Herrenhaus, Heidelberg. Guests get a place at the table.
Why we are called Neckar
Panta Rhei, everything flows. That is not a line for the letterhead, it is our working instruction: keep renewing ourselves, meet new challenges with imagination, stay open to new members and reach out a hand to people who need one.
That is why the river is our symbol and why we carry its name. We are the youngest of the Heidelberg Rotary clubs, chartered on 11 October 2006, mixed from the very first day.
